You can register via OTP verification through your Mobile Number or Email Address.
You agree that all information provided is true, complete, and accurate. You are solely responsible for safeguarding your account credentials and for all activities under your account. You must immediately notify us of any unauthorized use of your account.
By registering, you consent to receiving communications from NexEngage including announcements, administrative messages, and service-related updates via WhatsApp, RCS, SMS, and email.
Upon payment of applicable fees, NexEngage grants Users a limited, non-exclusive, personal, revocable, non-transferable license to access and use the Platform on a subscription basis. No intellectual property rights are transferred to the User.
The Platform may include updates and upgrades from time to time. Continued use of the Platform after such updates constitutes acceptance.
Subscription Fee: Usage of NexEngage is subject to monthly subscription fees commencing from the subscription start date. Subscription fees are non-refundable.
Usage Fee: Users may be liable to pay additional usage fees if monthly usage exceeds the limits of their subscription plan. Usage fee billing is prepaid.
Late Payment: In case of late payment, NexEngage reserves the right to suspend services until the breach is rectified or terminate the agreement.
Payment Terms:
You can cancel your subscription at any time by logging into your account or contacting your relationship manager. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current paid term. Subscription fees are non-refundable.
All copyright, trademarks, and other intellectual property rights related to NexEngage are owned by or licensed to NexEngage. Users must not copy, distribute, modify, or create derivative works from any content without prior written consent.

Users grant NexEngage a worldwide, non-exclusive, royalty-free license to use their trademarks and logos for marketing and promotional purposes related to the NexEngage Solution, in accordance with the User's reasonable trademark usage guidelines.
These Terms and Conditions shall be governed by the applicable laws of the Republic of India. All disputes shall be resolved exclusively by the courts in New Delhi, India.
In case of any dispute, parties shall first attempt to resolve through negotiation. If no solution is reached, the matter shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of New Delhi courts.
